Quick questions
I have a few quick suggestions that would improve our workflow if possible. 1. "Select All" for Links: When building a chatbot's knowledge base, could we get a "Select All" option for website links? We could then simply deselect the few pages we don't need, which would be much faster than manually selecting up to 10 at a time. 2. Speech-to-Text for Spotlights: Is speech-to-text on the roadmap for Spotlights? This would be incredible for concierge use cases and drastically improve ease of use. Also, just curious if there are any updates on the previously mentioned Google Calendar integration? Thanks for building such a great product. Mostly loving the spotlight feature.. very unique and beautiful presented to be honest

@Dewayne Black - Hey Dewayne, I don't think a "select all" will be coming anytime soon. If I recall correctly from an early training it's limited for a reason. It makes you think about the pages from a site, the page content and whether to add the page or not. @Kimberly Amio - I think we're all interested to know the when "speech to text" is coming for Spotlights and bots. Dewanye, on the Google Calendar front, all three current integrations sync with Google Calendar - Tidycal has a promotion running on AppSumo at the moment - https://appsumo.com/products/tidycal/?utm_source=originals&utm_medium=site-banner&utm_campaign=tidycal It's a workaround. 🀩

@Dewayne Black I generally check every page first before I add to the knowledge base. Quality over quantity. In some cases I'll take the content from multiple pages and create one document. Some sites are constructed better and more readable (bots/scrapers) than others. Events and FAQ pages are a good example. If the FAQ page uses an accordian style widget, the scraper might be able to see all the questions but not necessarly the answers.
Feature update
Would it be useful to add an exit pop as an option on how to use the chatbot? I see it being used 'Columbo' style as he walks out the door, stops and turns to ask the case-breaking question.

@Tim Glynn - Tim, just a thought... have you tried using the chatbot embed code in your exit popup? It's not something I've tried but worth a look...
Perplexity Live Search With AI Tools
I've added live search to my AI Concierge bot that uses Perplexity via AI Tools. It still needs some tweaks but overall it does a pretty good job... AI Tools is such a freakin awesome new feature. For Phase 1 of this project I used a collection of tools to research places to eat and do in order to create a knowledge base document. This took effort and time to pull together. Now the bot just has one resource document which are FAQs about the property such as wifi, building access etc..etc... any local service searches are now done using the Perplexity AI Tool based on the property address. Following the introduction of the Canvas option I've been playing around with it to help create cartoon scripts. I was already doing this in ChatGPT so I took the templates I'd created there and added them as part of the knowledge base in Askspot so it would understand the context. This was necessary since the knowledge that ChatGPT has acquired doesn't transfer to the Askspot bot even though you are using the same language model. I then took the script created by the bot back into ChatGPT as the bot doesn't have the capability to create the images. Below are a couple of examples. I'm looking to refine it as a fun 'Prospecting tool'. Let me know what you think, warts and all.

Spotlight or Intelliform?
Hey @Kimberly Amio, as we discussed a few months ago I've got a few questions others may benefit from the answer. I have to create a "spotlight" smart card quickly for a natural skincare client. Since the Spotlight doesn't have a way to embed a private video player (only YT or Vimeo) and since it doesn't have a place for WYSIWYG or html section which both would be helpful and is capable in the intelliform. I'm wondering if I could/should make the "smart card" on an intelliform if it can be 1 page and act similar to the spotlight? Am I missing something in my thought process? Maybe you can tell me what the main difference is between the 2 and why I need to create the Spotlight instead to accomplish what I need for this client? Thanks in advance. πŸ€—
