I chose art instead of snacks!
Yesterday I had a tough day 😞 But instead of devouring all the food we have at home (yeah, I am the nervous eater type), I grabbed paper and markers 🎨 🌸 And honestly, it helped more than I expected. Art gave me a way to slow down, process what I was feeling, and let the stress out without turning to food. By the end of it, I felt calmer, lighter, and—most importantly—proud of myself 💪 A small reminder that sometimes, the healthiest coping mechanisms are also the simplest ones ✨️
