This is the kind of tea I would reach for when I want something light, soothing, and easy to sip โ€” especially poured over ice. Todayโ€™s blend includes: ๐ŸŒฟ Spearmint โ€” 1 part Cooling, refreshing, and traditionally used to support digestion and freshen the senses. ๐ŸŒฟ Lemon balm โ€” 1 part A gentle, lemony herb traditionally used to support calm, mood, and nervous system balance. ๐Ÿ‹ Lemongrass โ€” ยฝ part Bright, citrusy, and refreshing with a light summer flavor. ๐Ÿ’™ Butterfly pea flower โ€” ยฝ part A beautiful blue herb traditionally used in tea rituals and often enjoyed for its cooling, calming feel. ๐ŸŒฑ Marshmallow leaf or root โ€” ยฝ part A soothing herb traditionally used to support moisture and comfort in the body.
