Good morning, tea friends.
Todayโs Tea Tuesday blend is all about gently moving from spring into summer.
Not rushing. Not forcing a brand-new routine. Not pretending we suddenly have to have our whole summer figured out.
Just easing into the next season with a little more intention, refreshment, and support.
This weekโs blend is:
๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ป๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐
A bright, cooling herbal tea for seasonal reset, gentle energy, and summer rhythms.
๐ง๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐
๐ฏ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ bright, tart, cooling, and traditionally used to support the body during warm weather
๐ณ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ โ calming, uplifting, and traditionally used to support the nervous system and emotional balance
๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ refreshing, cooling, and traditionally used to support digestion and mental clarity
๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ โ tangy, nourishing, and rich in natural plant compounds that support everyday wellness
๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐ โ warming, comforting, and traditionally used to support digestion and circulation
I love this blend because it has a beautiful balance.
The hibiscus and peppermint bring that cool, refreshing summer feeling. The lemon balm adds calm and softness. The rosehips bring brightness and nourishment. And the ginger adds just a little warmth so the blend does not feel too cold or flat.
It is lovely warm, but honestly, this one is made for iced tea season.
Simple blend idea
- 1 part hibiscus
- 1 part lemon balm
- ยฝ part peppermint
- ยฝ part rosehips
- ยผ part ginger
How to make it
Add 1โ2 teaspoons of the blend to a cup. Pour hot water over the herbs. Cover and steep for 8โ10 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm, or let it cool and pour over ice.
For iced tea, you can also make a larger batch and keep it in the fridge.

Maybe itโs your morning rhythm. Maybe itโs your self-care. Maybe itโs your meals. Maybe itโs your mindset. Maybe itโs simply giving yourself permission to slow down and enjoy the season.
This week, weโre focusing on celebration and transition โ honoring what weโve made it through and gently preparing for whatโs next.
๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฒ: This is for educational purposes only. Herbs can be supportive, but they are not one-size-fits-all. Please check with a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether an herb is right for you. Hibiscus may affect blood pressure and may not be appropriate for everyone. Ginger and peppermint may also need caution for some people, especially with reflux, blood thinning medications, blood sugar concerns, or certain medical conditions.
Your turn: Would you drink this warm or iced?
Small steps lead to big transformations.
