Tea Time Tuesday: Gentle Summer Calm Tea Blend ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿซ–
This is your reminder that
Good morning, tea friends.
Todayโ€™s ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฎ ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ง๐˜‚๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† blend is all about creating a softer summer rhythm โ€” the kind that helps you pause, breathe, cool down, and come back to yourself for a few minutes.
Not every wellness step has to be big. Not every reset has to be dramatic. Not every productive day has to look busy.
Sometimes progress looks like making tea, sitting still for a moment, and asking:
What do I actually need today?
Todayโ€™s blend is:
A cooling, calming tea for warm days, busy minds, and soft summer rhythms.
๐ŸŒฟ Lemon balm โ€” traditionally used to support calm, mood, and nervous system balance
๐ŸŒบ Hibiscus โ€” bright, tart, cooling, and refreshing
๐ŸŒฑ Tulsi โ€” grounding, supportive, and traditionally used for stress resilience
๐Ÿซ– Peppermint โ€” cooling, refreshing, and traditionally used to support digestion and mental clarity
๐ŸŒน Rose petals โ€” soft, floral, and heart-centered
  • 1 part lemon balm
  • 1 part hibiscus
  • 1 part tulsi
  • ยฝ part peppermint
  • ยฝ part rose petals
Add 1โ€“2 teaspoons of the blend to a cup.
Pour hot water over the herbs.
Cover and steep for 8โ€“10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy warm, or let it cool and pour over ice.
This one would be beautiful iced for summer.
Before you sip, ask yourself:
๐’Ž๐’๐’“๐’† ๐’„๐’‚๐’๐’Ž ๐’•๐’๐’…๐’‚๐’š?
Maybe your mind needs calm. Maybe your schedule needs calm. Maybe your nervous system needs calm. Maybe your heart just needs a quiet moment.
The recipe page, materia medica page, and reflection page will be available here in Skool for you. Iโ€™ll also have them on Beacons, and Skool members can use the code ๐—ฆ๐—ž๐—ข๐—ข๐—Ÿ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ to grab them for free.
This is for educational purposes only. Herbs can be supportive, but they are not one-size-fits-all. Please check with a qualified healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether an herb is right for you. Hibiscus may affect blood pressure for some people, peppermint may bother reflux, and tulsi may not be appropriate for everyone.
Your turn: Would you drink this blend warm or iced?
Small steps lead to big transformations.
Stay positive and kind.
