Happy Sunday, beautiful humans.
I just want to pause for a second and say how special this space already is. We’re 39 strong. We’ve gone international. We’ve got hearts and stories from the U.S., South Africa, and the United Kingdom. That blows my mind a little. This community isn’t about grinding harder or proving anything to anyone. It’s about becoming the woman who trusts herself. The woman who listens when something inside her whispers, “There’s more for you.” And I want to remind you of something today: Courage doesn’t always look big and dramatic. Most of the time, it shows up quietly. It looks like opening your laptop when you don’t feel confident. It looks like staying when the old you would’ve disappeared. It looks like trying again after a week that didn’t go the way you hoped. It looks like believing there might be more for you, even when you can’t see it yet. That kind of courage counts. Those moments matter. They are proof that something inside you is shifting. So today, instead of pushing, I want to invite you to notice the ordinary bravery in your own life. Finish this sentence in the comments: This week, I was courageous when I… It doesn’t have to be impressive. It just has to be honest. Here, we celebrate the small wins. They’re how everything big begins. 🤍
A Gentle Reminder from The Awakening
One of the quiet lessons we talk about inside The Awakening is this: Gratitude isn’t something we practice after everything works out. It’s something we choose while we’re still becoming. So often we tell ourselves, “I’ll feel grateful when the results come… when I feel more confident… when I know for sure this is working.” But gratitude doesn’t wait for certainty. Gratitude creates steadiness. When we pause long enough to notice what is working—even in small, ordinary ways—we soften our nervous system, we ground ourselves back into the present moment, and we remember that we are not doing this alone. Gratitude isn’t about forcing positivity. It’s about acknowledging God’s hand in the process—quietly, faithfully, gently guiding us forward. Today, if your mind feels busy or your heart feels heavy, try this: Take one slow breath. Name one thing you’re grateful for right now. Let it be enough. “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:18 May gratitude anchor you today—not as pressure, but as peace. You are exactly where you’re meant to be.
