How to Stop Overthinking Your Content (and Finally Start Posting)
If you’re overthinking your content, rewriting captions 20 times, or avoiding hitting “post”… You’re not alone—and you’re not broken. A lot of content creators struggle with: fear of posting on social media content creation anxiety not knowing what to say feeling stuck before hitting publish The Shift (your authority): But here’s what no one is telling you: You’re not overthinking because you lack strategy. You’re overthinking because your body doesn’t feel safe being seen. Read that again. What it actually looks like: Overthinking shows up like: 37 drafts sitting in your phone rewriting your hook over and over watching other people’s content instead of posting your own feeling pressure in your chest or throat when you try to speak That’s not a content problem. That’s your nervous system trying to protect you from judgment, rejection, or getting it “wrong.” Reframe (this is your magic): So instead of asking: “What should I post?” Start asking: “Why does my body feel unsafe sharing this?” Because when you calm the internal noise… your message gets clear. And when your message is clear… posting gets easier. Practical Step (keep it simple): Try this today: Before you post, pause for 30 seconds and ask: What am I afraid someone will think? Is that actually true? What would I say if I trusted myself? Then post that version. Not the perfect one. The honest one. This is exactly what we walk through inside The Rising— learning how to quiet the internal noise, trust yourself again, and finally show up without it feeling so heavy. If your content has been feeling like a battle… this is your starting point.

@Sharisa Seabrook so happy this resonates with you, sis.
Why You Feel Stuck in Your Business (And It’s Not What You Think)
If you’ve ever sat there staring at your screen thinking… “I should be further along by now.” “I don’t know what to post.” “Why does this feel so hard for me?” You’re not alone. But also? You’re not stuck for the reason you think you are. What It Actually Means to Feel Stuck in Your Business Most people think being stuck means: you need a better strategy you need more ideas you need to be more disciplined That’s not it. Feeling stuck usually looks like: overthinking everything before you post starting and stopping constantly consuming more than you create doubting yourself every time you try That’s not laziness. That’s not lack of motivation. That’s something deeper. The Real Reason You Keep Overthinking Your Content This is the part no one talks about. You’re not overthinking because you don’t know enough. You’re overthinking because your brain is trying to protect you. From: judgment failure being seen getting it “wrong” So instead of moving forward… you freeze, spiral, or avoid. And then you blame yourself for it. How Your Nervous System Keeps You in the Loop This is where everything shifts. Your body is constantly asking: “Is this safe?” And when showing up online feels unsafe (even subconsciously), your nervous system responds with: Freeze → “I don’t know what to do” Flight → jumping from idea to idea Fawn → trying to sound like everyone else Fight → frustration, burnout, wanting to quit So no… you’re not broken. Your body is just doing its job. What to Do When Everything Feels Overwhelming You don’t need another strategy right now. You need: awareness of what’s actually happening the ability to quiet the internal noise space to hear your own voice again Because your message? It’s not missing. It’s just buried under fear, comparison, and noise. I built my entire framework around this because I lived it. I had multiple coaches, endless information, and still felt completely stuck. Not because I wasn’t trying… but because no one showed me this part.

This isn’t just about building a business… it’s about stewardship.
This morning it clicked for me in a whole new way. Most people are out here trying to follow strategies, chasing trends, and forcing content But they still feel stuck, overwhelmed, and out of alignment. Why? Because no one is teaching them how to quiet the noise The internal noise — fear, doubt, overthinking The external noise — conflicting advice, pressure, “do it this way. “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:1 When you learn how to regulate your nervous system and actually listen your message becomes clear And it’s not forced — it’s led Jesus said “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” — Matthew 4:1 That’s what this is about Not chasing money Not performing for attention But bringing people into your world so you can help them, guide them, and steward them well. That’s why this space is different. We don’t just teach content or business. We teach alignment — with God, with your voice, and with how you’re meant to serve. Because when that’s in place impact happens And income follows.

Before the Week Begins… Go Back to the Root 🌱
Sundays can feel heavy when you’re building something. You’re looking at the week ahead thinking… “I need to post more.” “I need to figure this out.” “I can’t keep doing this job forever…” And underneath all of that? Fear.Doubt. Overthinking. That’s the root. And here’s the truth most people skip over: If you don’t deal with the root… you’ll keep trying to fix the surface over and over again. More content won’t fix it. A better hook won’t fix it. Another strategy won’t fix it. Because this was never just a strategy problem. It’s the fear of being seen. The fear of getting it wrong. The quiet thought that says, “What if this doesn’t work for me?” But God doesn’t call you into something just to leave you stuck in fear. “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 Read that again. Not fear. Power. Love. A sound mind. That means the overthinking… the spiraling… the constant second-guessing? That’s not where you’re meant to live. So, before this week starts, don’t make another promise to “do more.” Instead, ask yourself: 👉 Where am I letting fear run the show? 👉 What have I been avoiding because I don’t trust myself yet? 👉 What would I do this week if I actually believed God was guiding me? Because progress doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from getting honest about what’s actually holding you back… and choosing to move anyway. This is the work we do in The Root inside The Rising. Not surface fixes. Real shifts. And when the root changes… everything above it starts to rise. Go into this week grounded. Clear. Led. Not perfect—just willing. 🤍

It's hard to trust, right? I'm proud of you, sis. Have a great week!
Becoming the Woman Who Finishes What She Starts
There’s something I want to say… not as a coach, not as a mentor… just as a woman who said she was going to do something—and actually did it. @Judy Gudmestad and I just finished The Rising. And I don’t mean “almost done. ”I don’t mean “we’re still tweaking things.” I mean… it’s DONE. It’s built. It’s inside the classroom. It’s real. And I’m sitting here like… wow. Because this didn’t come from ease. This came from working through the same things we talk about in this community: The overthinking. The second-guessing. The moments of “is this even good enough?” The days we didn’t feel like showing up. And choosing to keep going anyway. That’s what I want you to take from this… You don’t need perfect conditions to finish something. You don’t need to feel confident every step of the way. You just need to decide: 👉 “I’m going to see this through.” And then keep choosing that—over and over again. This is what it looks like to follow through. This is what it looks like to become the woman who does what she said she would do. And I’m really, really proud of us. 💛 P.S. We didn’t just build something—we built something for you. The Rising is officially live inside the classroom. It's everything we’ve been teaching here, but deeper, structured, and step-by-step: → getting unstuck→ moving through fear and doubt→ finding your voice→ and actually following through consistently If you’ve been feeling stuck or disconnected in your content or your business… this is for you. It’s $297, and it’s ready whenever you are 🤍
