Question

I’m currently using a brand name on my product packaging, images, and bullet points, but Amazon isn’t allowing me to use the same name as my storefront because it’s already taken by another seller, even though their registered brand name is different. The brand name I’m using is not trademarked yet, so I wanted to ask if registering it with the USPTO and enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry would allow me to use that name as my storefront as well, or if it’s better to choose a different storefront name, especially since for long-term brand building I want to keep my brand name and store name the same and I’m not willing to change the brand name already used across my listing.
