What to do with a bushel of bell peppers?
What should I do with a whole bushel of bell peppers and a box of tomatoes fresh from the farm? I made stuffed bell peppers for dinner and several more freezer meals for busy days for the future!
Also, this chart shows why I often choose red bell peppers if given a choice.
