Apple 🍎 Cider Vinegar
🍎 Who else drinks apple cider vinegar in the morning? 🙋‍♀️ Before I go to bed, I add a little apple cider vinegar (ACV) to a glass of water and drink as soon as I wake up. I also will drink in water about half an hour before a heavy meal. It’s a simple habit that has been around for centuries, and while it’s not a miracle cure, research suggests it may offer several health benefits. Some of the reasons I enjoy it: ✅ Supports healthy digestion ✅ Contains natural acids that may help nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support a healthy microbiome (especially when paired with a fiber-rich diet) ✅ May help reduce the blood sugar spike after meals by slowing stomach emptying and improving insulin sensitivity ✅ Can help you feel fuller longer, which may reduce cravings ✅ Supports healthy metabolism as part of an overall healthy lifestyle ✅ Provides acetic acid, a beneficial plant compound found in fermented foods 🍽️ What about GLP-1? One of the exciting areas of research is how foods like apple cider vinegar may support our body’s natural GLP-1 production. GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) is a hormone your intestines release after you eat. It helps: ✨ Tell your pancreas to release insulin when needed ✨ Slow stomach emptying so you stay full longer ✨ Reduce appetite and cravings ✨ Help regulate healthy blood sugar levels Scientists believe the acetic acid in apple cider vinegar may stimulate the release of GLP-1 and other satiety hormones. It doesn’t work anywhere near the level of prescription GLP-1 medications, but it may gently support your body’s own natural processes, especially when combined with protein, fiber, regular movement, and quality sleep. 🥗 The biggest key to a healthy microbiome is feeding it what it loves: • Colorful vegetables • Fruits • Beans and legumes • Fermented foods • Plenty of fiber ⚠️ A few tips: • Always dilute it to protect your teeth • If you have ulcers, severe reflux, kidney disease, or take medications like insulin or diuretics, talk with your healthcare provider first.

I used to take it before meals daily until I got a stomach ulcer so I don’t take it anymore. I drink warm water in the morning with a splash of lemon juice - it’s gentler on the stomach. I take bitters before my meal. Honestly- I’m very cautious of ACV now. Just a heads up
If you could get homeopathic support for ONE issue right now, what would it be?

@Amy Rickman I forget little things, like I forget I’ve taken the milk out the fridge, ( and I took it out 5 seconds ago) or I can’t remedy if I took a remedy or not, or if I switched the garden hose off. Really scares me. I’m about to do an amalgam neutralizing course after opening up detox pathways as I think it’s from having my mercury fillings out a few years ago.

Thank you, this was very helpful. ( the writing on the screen is from a zoom participant. The zoom host needs to disable in settings so participants cannot write on your screen)

@Amy Rickman it was on three slides. If you go to 22:23 minutes in, you will see the person who drew the red line, then deletes it. You see a little blue box, I can’t see what it says but often it will have the persons name on it. It can happen by mistake, not intentional if the participant moves their cursor onto the zoom presenters screen. That’s why the host needs to dis enable this feature in settings.
homeopathy certification
Are there any qualified homeopaths here? I’ve been studying homeopathy for about 10 years but never got certified to Practise being a homeopath as it’s so expensive. I’m trying to find a reasonable certification that won’t break the bank and csn be completed in 1-2 yrs full time. Any suggestions. ( I know this is a big question ) Sharing your experiences will be appreciated.

@Amy Rickman thank you! I’m in the US. I will take a look. It’s hard to find a fast track certification that is under $8000.

We had a meal with our young adult sons last night and then we go to a small home fellowship on Sunday. Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice. God so loved the world that he gave his only son. All who believe in him will have eternal life. 🙏
