the Skyline Race is coming up! Here's a chance to flex your hard work. Our partners at Camp Gladiator are helping folks stay fit this year by building a Run Team for the Skyline 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, and I’d love to see you out there with us. Struggling to Build a Workout Schedule? Let’s Fix It Friday
This Friday at 12:30pm we’re doing a live Coffee Chat at AA Studio and ranking common workout splits (full body, upper/lower, push-pull-legs, etc.). The goal is simple: help you pick a split that fits your real life so you can build a schedule that actually works for you in 2026. Bring: - how many days you can realistically train (2–6) - your main goal (fat loss, strength, muscle, performance, consistency) - what usually gets in the way (time, energy, schedule) Drop a comment with your goal and how many days you can train, and I’ll help you choose a starting point live.
