Alpha Meet-Up – Gym Session 💪🔥
Lads, the next Alpha Meet-Up is locked in!
📅 Saturday, 2nd August
📍 Creggs RFC Gym, Roscommon
We’ve got the entire gym booked out to ourselves, and if you haven’t been there before, it’s a state-of-the-art facility.
⏰ Training: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🍽️ Lunch: 1:00 PM in Roscommon Town
Bring with you:
● Shorts & T-shirt
● Runners
● Towel
● Water bottle
The session will focus on lifting technique, moving well, and then putting it all into practice with a solid workout.
This is always one of the best days in the Alpha calendar, a chance to train together, learn, have a laugh, and meet the other lads in the community.
