It is extreemly tricky to make only the inner ring and drill at least 55 wholes with 1mm diameter and then place the spirals there. So the question is how to make it better, faster, cheeper and everyone with a file to purchase them or scale them up and down? After making some research, I foun out that PCBWAY pcbway.com can actually make a copper layer with 15 onces per square foot, which is 500 microns or thickness or 0.5mm. It is 2 times less than what I made, but is more than enough for a decent current to go through. They can insulate the top and bottom sets of the spirals easily, but the other quston was are they able to connect both sets on the outer and inner ring?
