How much should I charge for a job like this.

They do say in the description that they are looking for someone with a good hourly rate, but what hourly rate would you recommend for a job like this? I know there is not much info about it in the description but I just want an estimate.

I don't want to send proposals with too high of an hourly rate and reduce my chances of landing the deal. Other than this I am mostly trying to land deals with a set price, monthly/ project/ milestone based pay instead of hourly.
