How do you handle it when a client wants you To learn a new tool but won't pay for the time it takes to actually learn it?

This is literally happening to me right now and I don't know what to do 😩 client wants me to start using a project management tool I've never touched before and just expects me to figure it out on my own time. like I want to keep the client happy but learning a whole new tool takes hours and I can't just eat that time. did you guys charge for it anyway? bring it up directly? just absorb it and move on? I feel like if I say something she'll think I'm being difficult but if I don't I'm basically working for free
