Anyone else noticing clients asking for “AI automation” when they actually just mean simple process cleanup?
Had a discovery call yesterday where the client thought they needed expensive automation tools, but honestly they just needed:
- better SOPs
- fewer approval steps
- a cleaner CRM
Feels like “AI” is becoming a buzzword for operational chaos sometimes 😂
