A mistake I see newer VAs make constantly:
Using too many tools too early.
You do NOT need 14 AI apps and 6 project managers to support one client.
For most clients:
- one communication tool
- one task system
- one documentation space
- one AI assistant
…is enough.
Complex workflows usually break faster. Keep it boring until there’s a real reason to scale.
