先做六個身體練習中的第一個,感受到背部中段區域(肩頰骨下方)一直很緊繃,因為本來就有點駝背、坐姿不良,所以有點難離開物理因素(身體也沒有其他不適)...試了幾次後,有感受到後腦勺抽動。閉著眼但感覺有點像看到電波...波浪狀的紋路扭動,心裡有一種迫切想要行動的感覺湧起
