AI CEO Call is happening in 5 days
Most people in here had a win this week and are going to let it disappear because it felt too small to post.
A win isn't "I hit 100k." A win is any piece of proof that something you built is now working without you re-deciding it every day. Nobody posts those, which is why everyone thinks they're the only one moving slowly. So here's the standard. It counts as a win if it fits one of these three: 1. Built — something exists now that didn't Monday. A lead magnet is live. A site is up. An agent is running. Doesn't matter if it's ugly. 2. Ran — a process executed at least twice without you improvising it. Review texts went out on time. Every no-show got a same-day message. The sequence fired on its own. 3. Moved — a number changed and you can name it. One rebook. Two reviews. Three new opt-ins. Small and specific beats big and vague. And post it in three lines, so it's actually useful to the person reading it: What I did: (one sentence) What happened: (the number or the result) What I'd do differently: (one sentence) That third line is the reason this thread is worth reading. Anyone can post a result. The "what I'd do differently" is what saves the next person a week. Drop yours below in those three lines. If you're not sure it qualifies, post it anyway and I'll tell you.

If you missed yesterday's call, you missed four things that are worth more than most weeks of content in here.
Here is the full recording: https://fathom.video/share/DSNnfzpmpg3fuo4pu2m6sKuvFx-vVYeZ 1. GPT-6 Astra- desktop app only; it doesn't work in the browser, so update the app and set the model to Astra. Talk to it instead of typing. Hit /sites, and it builds and hosts a full site for you, no hosting or DNS setup, and it'll browse your existing site to match your colors and fonts automatically. It edits video too, and right now it's faster at that than Claude. 2. Lead magnets. Build one with Astra, gate it behind a comment keyword, and let a bot DM it out automatically. Plain background video with a long text overlay works surprisingly well here; people loop the video just to finish reading it. 3. Agents. GrokBot is $30/month, subscription, not API tokens. Each agent runs on its own cloud computer, so your laptop doesn't need to stay on. Structure it like an org chart: one chief of staff agent, sub-agents reporting underneath. The pattern underneath all three: build the skill by hand first, refine it until it actually works, then hand it off to an agent. Skipping straight to "agent does it" is how people end up with nothing usable. Grab these: Agent setup guide: aiceolab.com/guides/grok-agents Content Vault (240 winning reels, analyzed): marketing.doctorleadflow.com/content-vault Video editing skill: github.com/drleadflow/aiceo-video-editing-starter This week: – One keyword-gated lead magnet, live – 5 pieces of content, styled from the Content Vault. Take one thing from today and actually use it before next week's call. Which one are you tackling first?

You're probably asking for reviews at the exact moment patients are least likely to give one.
Most practices batch review requests at the end of the day, hours after the visit, when the experience has already faded. By then, it feels like a chore, not a reflex, so it gets ignored. Here's a review workflow that actually gets replies: 1. Within 2 hours of the visit, a text while the experience is still fresh, not an end-of-day batch send. 2. Link straight to the review, not a "we'd love your feedback" landing page. Every extra click loses people. 3. No response in 48 hours, one short reminder, framed as helping the next person decide, not as chasing a favor. 4. No response in 5 days, stop asking. Move on. Repeated asks read as annoying, not persistent. Where's your current process breaking?

There's one number that tells you if your no-show recovery is actually working, and it's not your no-show rate.
No-show rate tells you how often it happens. It says nothing about what you do after. Two clinics can have the same no-show rate and completely different outcomes, because one recovers the patient and one doesn't. The number that matters is your recovery rate: of everyone who no-showed this month, how many actually got rebooked within 7 days? Most people have never calculated this because they've never logged it anywhere. 1. Build it in 4 columns, nothing fancy: 2. Date of no-show 3. Which recovery step got run (same-day, 48-hour, day-7) 4. Rebooked? Y/N 5. If N, why (no reply, said no, still pending) Here's a FREE TEMPLATE-No-Show Recovery Rate Tracker: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gfq7D0PPUPh25HWPQX_OUXozkp7C4zYZUC09tmorvbc/edit?usp=sharing Four weeks of this and you'll know exactly where your system leaks, not just that it does. Where are you right now on tracking this? A. Not tracking it at all B. Rough mental guess C. It's in a spreadsheet, I don't review it D. I track and review it weekly Comment your letter. — Dr. Blade
