Most businesses do not need "MORE Al."
They need one process that reliably happens every time. Here is the test: if a lead comes in on a Friday afternoon, does the exact same thing happen whether you are there or not? For most clinics, the honest answer is no. Someone gets busy, a message sits in an inbox, and the lead goes cold. That is not a marketing problem. That is a handoff problem. Where does your process break most often right now? 1. We do not respond fast enough, so the lead goes cold before anyone reaches them 2. We respond, but people do not book, so we lose them at the scheduling step 3. They book, but they no-show, so the appointment never happens 4.
