Tuesday 4-28 Team Meeting Recap/Recording
The recording will be posted later today... Nick led a meeting to discuss challenges with cold calling and introduce new service packages. The team addressed issues like low response rates from toll-free numbers and the difficulty of getting past receptionists who lack decision-making authority. They explored solutions such as leaving better voicemails and switching to local phone numbers. Nick introduced three new service packages: the Local Trust System ($297/month), Local Trust System Plus ($697/month with either voice AI or lead generation), and a full “All of the Above” package ($1497/month). The team also discussed strategies for reaching decision-makers through LinkedIn and Facebook groups, with Nick emphasizing the shift from one-to-one cold outreach to one-to-many strategies. Nick also shared feedback from a recent call with Hasan and a potential client who showed interest in both voice AI and lead generation, along with suggested follow-up strategies. Next Steps: Nick will look into options for obtaining local US phone numbers, including Google Voice and other providers, for the outreach team. Nick will write and share a suggested phone message script and follow-up email template for both receptionists and decision-makers. People will test leaving detailed voicemails and sending follow-up emails (including Loom videos if appropriate) when calls are not answered, and report back on results. They will also spend time offering free websites as a lead generation tactic, targeting businesses with outdated or poor websites via Google Maps. Hasan will send a follow-up email to Lauren (a prospect from yesterday’s call) on Thursday to check on her Google Business profile progress and offer help. Hasan will also schedule and conduct a follow-up call with Lauren next week. Nick will create and share a demo video showing how to use Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit groups for one-to-many outreach using the free website offer. Nick will make custom Loom videos for interested prospects as requested by the team.

Tuesday 4-21 meeting and recording...
Here's a reminder of our team mtg on Tuesday/tomorrow. It's a little less than 24 hours from when I sent this. Please put it on your calendar, we do require attendance to qualify for the $400 monthly bonus. (if you have an occasional problem, talk to me) As always, I have a handful of things... one being us adding an AI Voice Receptionist back to the mix. We'll probably offer it on its own, and as a part of a package. I have also made some decisions about a "Free Forever" offer to potential customers... this is either going to blow us up and make selling easier than ever, or be totally stupid and put me in the poor house, because we'll be giving away a really high-end service. Time will tell... See you tomorrow. Also, the #1 rule = BE ON TIME! If you're not early, you're late. Nick

4-14 Meeting Notes and Recording
Nick held a meeting to discuss significant changes to the agency program, including details about ownership opportunities and new service offerings. He explained that successful trainees could become agency owners after a 3-6 month training period, with no upfront investment required except time and effort. The program would generate revenue through a flat monthly fee plus a percentage of sales, with Nick providing all necessary assets including websites and training materials. Nick announced new commission structures, including a guaranteed $400 monthly payment for making one sale per month, and introduced a new AI receptionist service that agents could offer for free trials. He also discussed improvements to the Mesa contractor directory website and provided guidance on lead generation strategies through phone calls, social media, and networking. Nick emphasized the program's unique opportunity structure and encouraged participants to take it seriously, noting that unlike other agency training programs that charge thousands of dollars upfront, his approach required only commitment and performance. Next steps: -Nick: Fix the link issues on the Mesa site pages and ensure all links are working properly -Nick: Add a banner promoting the new AI receptionist service (and possibly other products) to the Mesa site, likely on the "Get Listed" page. -Nick: Create and post new sales scripts and training videos for the updated sales process, including giving away services for free for a month, by Thursday at the latest. -All team members: For anyone interested in the AI receptionist or other services, submit their information via the provided form so Nick can set up the free trial/demo. aisprinkled.com/voice -All team members: Review and utilize the new training materials (videos/scripts) once posted by Nick. Summary: Program Updates and Commission Changes Nick discussed several key updates and changes to the program. He announced new commission structures to guarantee more income for participants, plans to discuss agency ownership details, and introduced a new AI receptionist service that will be offered through a banner on the Mesa site.

4-14 Meeting Notes and Recording
Tuesday the 14th, Team Meeting
Here's a quick reminder of our team meeting tomorrow... also that it is a reminder that it is about the ONLY thing that has required attendance if you want to remain in the program. (unless you get in touch with me first of course) PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE carefully, as I'm making changes to the program, adding a monthly salary guarantee to help you out, and more. I know, lol... I say it's an important meeting EVERY week... but since we only meet once weekly, they are. I wish we could meet for training and roleplay daily, and while I may consider that in the future to help people who aren't performing, we'll stick to this for now, and I can help people individually for the time being. here's the link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89152972741 Here are the two MOST IMPORTANT changes we'll talk about tomorrow. 1- As long as you make ONE sale, (which is WAY too little, tbh) I have added a $400 guaranteed monthly minimum payment, OR your commission, whichever is higher. There are a few other simple things that are required to be done to get this, I will go into detail in the meeting. 2- The details of ownership. As you know, after a 3-6 month time in training, I am willing to finance you and place you in a position where you will literally own your own digital marketing agency. For some, this may be the only opportunity of this type you'll ever see in your lifetime. (because it won't cost you ANY $) I get the impression some of you don't understand the opportunity that you have to lose here, if you don't take advantage. I could create a course and charge people thousands of $ to learn this from me, as so many others do... however, I choose to hire people and let them work for the opportunity instead of pay for it. Nobody else on the planet is offering this... We will also cover: -A banner on the Mesa: "At Your Service!" directory promoting your services. -A new AI Receptionist service that we will begin to offer. -The 2 lead magnets, and a 3rd - "Try our AI for free for a month".

4-7 Meeting Notes and Recording
Nick hosted a meeting to discuss updates and new offerings. He presented the new "Mesa at Your Service" contractor directory website, which is 99% complete and will help contractors get featured and generate leads. Nick introduced several new potential services, including website visitor lead generation and search term lead capture, which would automatically contact potential customers who visit contractor websites or search for services. He also discussed offering free Linktree services and AI voice receptionists, though these would require further discussion. Nick announced a contest where team members can earn $50 for each April sale and $250 for three sales, and he encouraged more active participation in their group discussions. To Do's: Nick: Connect the URL to the Mesa at your service site so it goes live at mesaatyourservice.com and notify the group when the link is live. Nick: Fix the formatting/listing issue on the "about us" page as noted during the demo. (done) Nick: Write out and provide the steps/process for inviting and qualifying contractors to be listed on the Mesa at your service site, including the information to collect from applicants. (done) Nick: Change the wording on the site's listing form to clarify that submissions will be considered for acceptance, not automatically listed. (done) Nick: Create a post in the group about offering free Linktree pages to contractors and discuss its viability. (done) Nick: Create a post in the group about the voicemail/cold call script and process for generating demo calls. Nick: Provide phone numbers for cold calling to team members who request them, after list generation and scrubbing. Allow a couple of days for delivery. (will do on request) Nick: Post contest information and details about the April sales bonus in the group. (done) Nick: Add 6 example companies to the Mesa at your service homepage to make the site look active before launch. All team members: Answer the poll in the group about new service offerings (Website Visitor Leads, Search Term Leads, AI Voice Receptionists, Linktree).
