I've been busy learning my new closer role, and I appreciate your point about passing on help because other people helped you when you were starting. I haven't worked through the paid training, so I won't pretend I have. Your willingness to answer practical questions still deserves a thank-you. Hope the week is treating you well.

Hope you all are having a good start to the week! I joined yesterday to help learn more about the rank and rent model. Just curious how things are going for others after the Google spam updates. Also trying to learn more about what to do for a new local site once you’ve had it live for 1-2 months. Not sure how to read GSC data that’s very new and has gone through two Google updates now. No idea how to spot bottlenecks! Any help is appreciated!

Other ways to use rank and rent besides just renting the sites: -Give a few sites to someone paying you for a higher-end service, like SEO or ad management. It decreases churn, gets you better reviews, and referrals. -Sell R/R sites first to create the relationship, then upsell your main service. Build them yourself, or have us build them for you ... we build, you give away... either way, it's profit!

I posted this in my contractor group as well. How can we use this in an agency? Or some version of it? Put on your thinking caps!

As you know, we build, rank and rent websites. Let's try something that might help us get clients even BEFORE the sites are getting leads! They're a great "foot in the door" to sell higher priced services, and also a great "add-on" when you're main goal is to sell SEO or an ad or social media service... as an example... being able to say "btw, when we start doing your social media, we'll build a few local lead gen sites to make your phone ring more as well". (I can build those for you too, muhaha!) They're an easy sell, because you approach them with "hi there, someone just called me who needs their office cleaned - do you mind taking the job?". (and when they see you can rank an 8 week old site better than their 8 year old one, it's a segue to sell them SEO too) However, the Golden Goose is being able to sell/rent them to a company before they're even getting leads... and dangit I'm going to crack that nut! So Helal, Dean, Lilian, and Peace... reach out to me for details, and I'll let you each GIVE two sites away to a contractor in an area for FREE. We won't ask them for $, they'll know they will need to pay later to keep them, and we'll get permission to point the phone calls and leads at them. (I'll write up details) When they start getting calls, we'll approach them for payment to keep them... and of course you'll get the 30% of any payments. (anyone else wants to do something like this, plz reach out)
