Have you had any experiences creating automated audit workflows?

I'm about to help out a brilliant SEO agency with building some automations for their audit workflows. Specifically, the processes they take their clients through during onboarding – keyword research, clustering and sitemap creation.

Before I dive in, I wanted to ask the question in case there are any great technologies I should be checking out, or others I should be steering clear of.

My first instinct is to jump into GCS and the DataForSEO API and go from there.
