This is the cheat code most people skip. 3. Add constraints. Tell it what NOT to do. "Never use buzzwords. Never start with 'In today's fast-paced world.' Keep it under 100 words." That's it. Tool: Claude + Perplexity combo Step 1: Google the person or company in Perplexity. Ask "What does [Company] do and what challenges is the [industry] facing right now?" Takes 60 seconds. Step 2: Paste the output into Claude with this prompt: "I have a meeting with [Name] from [Company]. Based on this context, give me: (1) 3 smart discovery questions, (2) 2 things to NOT bring up, (3) one thing I can say that will make them feel understood." Step 3: Add one more prompt: "What objection am I most likely to face and how do I handle it?" Step 4: Save it in a note. Walk in. Total time: under 10 minutes.
