Prep for any sales call in 10 minutes (the exact AI workflow I use)
Going into any calls next week? Most people wing it or spend an hour googling. This cuts it to 10 minutes. Step 1: Go to Perplexity. Search "[Person name] + [Company]". Get a fast overview in 60 seconds. Step 2: Paste that summary into Claude with this prompt: "I have a call with someone at [company]. What are 5 discovery questions I should ask based on what they do?" Step 3: Ask Claude: "What are the top 3 pain points someone in this role probably has right now?" Step 4: Save it. Walk into the call knowing more than they expect you to. Total time: under 10 minutes. The prospect feels like you did hours of research. Your close rate goes up because you're asking the right questions instead of guessing. I've used this before calls with lawyers, founders, operators. Works every time. What's one thing you do to prep before a big call? Drop it below.

NotebookLM just saved me 2 hours analyzing a 40-page contract
Google's NotebookLM is one of the most underrated AI tools out there. Free, powerful, and almost nobody talks about it. Here's what I did: 1. Uploaded a 40-page vendor contract I needed to review 2. Asked: "What are the termination clauses and penalties?" 3. Got a summary with direct quotes and page references in 30 seconds Then I asked follow-up questions like: - "What are my obligations in section 4?" - "Are there any auto-renewal terms?" - "Summarize the liability limitations" It handles PDFs, Google Docs, YouTube videos, and websites. You can throw in multiple sources and it synthesizes them. The podcast feature is wild too. It generates a fake podcast episode discussing your documents. Sounds goofy but it's actually great for absorbing dense material while you're driving or working out. I used to spend half a day reviewing contracts. Now it's under an hour. What long documents or research are you sitting on that you've been avoiding? Drop it below and I'll show you how to tackle it with NotebookLM.

Voice note to LinkedIn post in 60 seconds (here's the exact prompt)
This is one of my favorite workflows right now. Step 1: Open your voice memo app. Talk for 60-90 seconds about something you've been thinking about. Don't edit, don't overthink it. Just talk. Step 2: Use any transcription tool (Whisper, Otter, even just sending it to Claude) to get the text. Step 3: Paste the transcript into Claude with this prompt: "Turn this voice note into a punchy LinkedIn post. Keep my natural voice and examples. Make it conversational, not corporate. End with a question. Here's the transcript: [paste]" Step 4: Edit 20% of it to make it yours. Post it. Why this works: your best thinking happens when you're talking, not typing. You capture real examples, real tone, real ideas. Claude cleans it up without stripping the authenticity. I've published 3 posts this week this way. Total writing time: under 30 minutes for all three. What's your current content workflow? Drop it below.

What would you automate first if you knew exactly how? (Saturday question)
Real talk: most people want to automate stuff but don't know where to start. So let's make it simple. If you had someone who could set up any automation for you today, what would it be? Could be: - Following up with leads automatically - Turning your voice notes into content - Booking meetings without the back and forth - Summarizing your emails every morning - Something totally different Drop it below. No wrong answers. Bonus: if you've already automated something this week, share what it was. The group learns from real examples, not theory.
