I hear these types of questions ALL THE TIME:
"What AI tool should I use?"
"Is Claude better than ChatGPT?"
"Should I learn n8n or Make?"
The right questions:
"What is actually broken in my business?"
"What low-value tasks are eating hours of my time?"
"What is costing me money without an ROI?"
Finding the right problem is hard. Most people are building workflows for problems they don't have.
Chasing what X or YouTube said is cool. Comparing Claude vs ChatGPT endlessly.
Instead: Identify what's eating 5+ hours of your time. Find your specific business bottleneck. Then work backwards from the pain to the tool.
Problem-first beats tool-first every time.
