How to properly update CorrecProject files?

Hey, so I had this situation where I uploaded a set of five PDFs.

I discovered that one of them was the wrong file by asking the AI to review for inconsistencies. It seemed I had accidentally uploaded a template.

So I deleted all the PDFs and replaced them with the correct files, all in Markdown.

After telling Claude I'd updated the files and fixed the issues.

It kept telling me that the old artefact was there, that the old template file still existed.

But I had already deleted all the PDFs and uploaded the new markdowns.

I asked it to double check itself with said file name and it still came back saying that there was a problem.

Then I asked "are you telling me the FILE NAME is still a template" and then it said

"sorry you're right"

Am I doing something wrong here?
