I am curious: Claude Desktop vs Claude Code in VS Code or another IDE — what do you use, and why?
I’ve been using Claude Code in VS Code for months, but lately I’ve been curious about trying Claude Desktop.

- What do you primarily use, and why?
- What advantages does one have over the other?
- What limitations does Claude Desktop have compared with VS Code?
