Autoresearch vs autoimprove: difference?

Hi guys,

Whats the difference between the auto improve skill and the autoresearch skill from Ryans Classroom? Seems to be quite similar.

Which one are yall using and why?

Seems like they didnt work in the Desktop version of claude code, hope they run smooth now 💥
