Stoked to see what’s next for your work with AI Kanga.
Quick remarks:
  1. 4 am EST is a bit too early for me to get my cold email strategy cap on so I’ll have to sit the live calls out. though, with your target in Aussie time zones, I’d expect that won’t be a problem.
  2. Launched all inboxes yesterday. After a gruesomely painful warm up, Google slap, re-warmup, etc. and throwing a couple hundred dollars on instantly features that didn’t move the needle (enhanced deliverability tracking and hypergrowth CRM) we’re now punching out 1100 emails or so for the second day in a row.
  3. response rates are decent on the surface. However they are almost exclusively all negative. My thinking is this is due primarily to a lack of meaningful personalization. Though, poor targeting and overall campaign could certainly be major contributing factors here as well.
Ask: are there any non-cringey examples of effective first line personalization for B2B services that use instantly’s own AI lead enrichment capability (with the prompt use to facilitate the outcome)? In other words, I would like to not spin up clay workflows for personalization if I don’t HAVE to. It would be super meaningful if we could get a few wins from this system without having to continue stacking complexity and expenses on it.
