Here's the replay from this week’s AI Kanga Cold Email Lab live call. Big thanks to @Blake Sims , @Chris Shannon , and @Ryan Magill, for turning up and diving deep! Lots of gold in this session. We had a full walk through of wins, mistakes, fixes, first replies, and a heap of real world lessons from everyone’s week inside the trenches. @Blake Sims broke down his first real win in the wild and showed us how his chatbot demo system is now fully automated end to end. Hearing how fast he replied and how he handled the mistake with the restart will help a lot of you. @Chris Shannon walked us through his niche, his offer, his new inbox setup, and we got to review his cold email copy live. He also shared where he is stuck with names and data quality so there's good learning in there too. @Ryan Magill gave us an update on the Pickleball Passport campaign and shared what he and @Jaron Shoptaugh are seeing on reply rates, survey conversions, and how they're shifting their angle to partner revenue for club directors. The second half of the call was full copy roasting and everyone shared feedback on clarity, CTA, word count, pattern interrupts, and how to make each offer sharper. There's a lot in there you can take and apply straight away. At the end we did a quick accountability round so you can see what everyone is working on for the week ahead.
