Call Transfer Redirect on Voicemail Detection
Something that would be helpful from Synthflow. Redirect back to (an)AI agent upon voicemail detection. Could be included with the warm transfer. Also, am I the only one dealing with constant show view refreshes while dealing with UI?
Fetching Calendar info from GHL
Hey everyone 👋 I could use a bit of help setting something up. I currently have two agents running — the first one books appointments in GoHighLevel (GHL), and the second one is supposed to call those booked leads to confirm their attendance. The problem is that I can’t figure out how to get the second agent to automatically pull the appointment information (name, phone, date, time, etc.) from GHL after the first agent books it. Has anyone managed to connect this workflow successfully? I’d love to know how you handled the data transfer or API setup between the two agents so the confirmation call runs smoothly. AI receptionist (Synthflow+cal.com)
Hey everyone! I’m building an AI receptionist for a hair salon using Synthflow + Cal.com, and I need some help figuring out the best setup. The goal is for the AI to: Understand which haircut/treatment the customer wants (we’ve created multiple event types in Cal.com). Check availability in Cal.com. Offer free time slots to the customer. Book the appointment directly in Cal.com. I’m a bit stuck on how to properly connect Cal.com with Synthflow so the AI can: Know which treatment the customer is asking for. Fetch available time slots. Confirm and book the appointment. Has anyone here set up something similar (AI receptionist + Cal.com)? Would love to hear how you structured it, and if there are any best practices for making the AI understand the different services and timings. Thanks in advance!
Trouble Making Transfer Messaging Seamless in Live Calls
Hey everyone, I’m running my calls through the Flow Designer, and I’ve noticed an issue with live transfers. The transfer process feels awkward and robotic — there are multiple messages overlapping and repeating during the handoff, which makes it confusing for the lead. For example, it’ll start the transfer and say something like:"Thanks for sharing that in… Let me transf… Let me transfer y…",and then abruptly cut off mid-sentence. Has anyone else run into this? - How do you make the transfer handoff smoother? - Is there a way to prevent overlapping messages so the transition sounds natural? - Any best practices for scripting the handoff inside Flow Designer? I’ve tried a couple of different approaches, but the issue still comes up. This is one of the last things I need to clean up before demoing my setup to a client, so I’d really appreciate any insight. URGENT: Bug inside of synthflow
I copy and pasted my webhook from GHL into synthflows deployment, and it doesn't add anymore, its worked in the past. However, this webhook does end up adding in the new inbound webhook action which is weird. This doesn't matter though because the data it transfer is different and it doesn't work. Without the webhook the whole build is comprised, @Kevin Campos do you know why this is happening
