Anyone OVERWHELMED with AI?

I have to say, how does anyone NOT get overwhelmed with AI development tools? I am seriously struggling to figure out where to even start. I have been chat gpt, Claude, Perplexity pro for 2 years and I came to Corbin's Skool to see if I can a better idea on where AI is headed. I'd like to take advantage of it by creating tools that help me optimize output..but everything is moving so fast...I find it hard to keep up. Anyone else feel the same? I have a Youtube channel that I am trying to pivot and discuss my journey on optimizing workflows for product engineering (physical products...not software) but I have NO idea where to even start. Sheesh!
