Corbin, should I "sell" AI skills?
Ultimately, I want to make a media company. Think of it as TBPN but for AI x Crypto. I want it to have newsletters. I want it to have a good readership/viewership. I want it to have paying subscribers/sponsorships. Maybe one day a platform of mine as well which will be heavily tailored to each user (who knows, one day AI would pattern match content on a website to you) Right now, I need to make money. I make money by consulting with a crypto company part-time. Sure they pay well, but I don't wish to rely on them too much. The industry is shaky and I can lose this stable sense of income. I've had a business in the past but it was a service business so it took off very easily. Media is quite different and I don't have any distribution of my own just yet. My family depends on the income I get from the crypto company. Do you suggest: A) Learn/start selling claude code skills/templates/consulting to companies to get more cashflow + Stick to company part-time + spend remaining time on the media paltform. 2) Stick to the company and make it full time + work on the media platform Thank you. PS: I just vibecoded this adoniscyril.com
Daily ai usage
Do some of yall also start to consider their day to day usage of ai in life? Im starting to realize that im gradually getting more reliant on Ai, specifically ChatGPT or perplexity. Everytime i have a question in mind that would require some searching or creative work such as thinking of an optimal way of doing something, i fall back on ai and its advise. Im starting to worry about me losing independent thinking and most importantly critical thinking and opinion building to the convenience of a LLM chat. Do yall feel similarly?

You're not balancing the play Sit 1 minute doing nothing on day 1, 2 minutes doing nothing on day 2, and so on till you reach day 60 You must quieten the mind Let the ideas flow You will connect the dots eventually. If you keep your phone within reach then you will ultimately keep going back to it.

HELL YEAH BROTHER!
Update: Corbin got me hooked
I started off with Google developer studio and the re-creation of Thumio I ventured down the rabbit hole of Claude and before I knew it I was automating stuff that felt pretty repetitive but I had no way to offload it I am seeking to master Claude and Cursor so that I can pretty much build anything I want at a website level. This is honestly like discovering what a smartphone is for the first time or using social media for the first time. It changes everything Any process for which I am smart enough to develop a self-improving framework for can now be automated. I am not surprised that intern or even mid-level jobs are vanishing quickly
