never bought cursor because the damn thing would never load my app files. antigravity is pretty good. its free. you can get google one pro free for 3 months. so you get $60 for dinner while you code from night to morning light.

I just jump in and start talking to the ai about the app idea, I just ask a shit ton of questions about logic, systems, etc, to understand how to approach the ai with what I need and find out what the best practices are for features, layout etc. thats all. I have yet to setup guidelines. I guess the only thing I do is turn on auto save lol.

first thing is first, build the core app in ai studio. once you dont get errors jump to antigravity or cursor. to track usage you'll use ai to build you that dashboard to see specific data. google console shows your api usage data. gemini 2 text is free so nothing to pay for now since its experimental. you need to tell your coding model to set rules and restrictions for interactions. a lot of what you ask, claude and gpt will answer for you. you really need to take the time to plan this out with the conversational ai. you need to know the solution youre bring to the market, whos looking for it, and competitors with gaps theyre not filling. ai will answer every single one of your questions. dont accept the first answer, keep digging deeper, use reddit. chat gpt will calculate hosting etc if you ask it.

The best way to do it is, lead them on and say odd things in your responses. that way you'll know if they are 3rd world scammers, they wont catch on to the sarcasm or humor
