Hey everyone,
I'm running Vertex Automations – we help St. Louis service businesses (plumbers, HVAC, contractors, etc.) automate their lead capture and follow-up so they stop losing jobs to competitors who respond faster.
Where I'm at:
- Just launched, building out my IG/LinkedIn and outreach strategy
- Have the tech side dialed in (the system works + 2 very experienced coders/builders have joined the team)
- Have started cold outreach last week (DMs, emails, texts)
What I need help with:
- Refining my pitch/messaging for maximum conversion
- Objection handling (especially "I'll just hire someone" or "I'll check my phone more")
- Best practices for closing deals
- How to position the ROI clearly without sounding salesy
If anyone here has experience selling B2B services to blue-collar businesses, automation/SaaS, or just has solid sales frameworks that work – I'd appreciate any pointers, resources, or even a quick call to pick your brain.
Happy to return the favor however I can.
Thanks in advance.
