Something changed in my numbers since I learned from the SEO, AEO, GEO expert here in this community! I'm not a big fan of switching tools. I'm a big believer in sticking to a tool set you know and love, but focus on So from the last summit ran, I took one major thing away: Since integrating her suggested changes, check out what happened:
I restructured my website
Added sitemaps
Added ๐ญ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐๐ข & ๐๐๐ข safe Blog Posts to my website
We show up more and more everywhere!
A ๐ฏ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฌ% ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ in website visitors! Say whhhaaaaat?!
Our "Heat Score" on Crunchbase ๐ถ๐ ๐ต๐ฌ out of 100!
Google AI picks up more of our previously written content now.
So what I'm trying to say here is: Don't hunt for more tools until you have your basics down!
What does this mean:
1) To become visible on the internet, you must communicate/network with people & still post on SM or create videos for YouTube (create helpful and great things your audience wants to hear about and not just blabla)
2) If you have a website, you need to do your SEO/AEO, and yes, I still believe you need a website.
3) Stop shiny object hunting (so guilty of this myself!), it is such an "๐๐ก๐ง๐-๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฆ" ๐ด๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ if you do that! It's different from staying aware! You need to know your competition and be aware of them, but you don't need every tool!
4) If something feels super overwhelming and makes you not sleep at night, quit it for a while and ground yourself again.
5) You still need to serve/sell something your audience would actually pay for unless you consider your business a hobby.
6) Go DEEP and not broad.
7) Make sure you know your competition. It makes you a better CEO.
8) Get your numbers right from the beginning!
9) Create habits around things you are not good at. I like to speed-learn, implement, and move on. I don't like lingering. It happens, but I really try to minimize it.
10) Always know your WHY (it's your guiding star) and HOW to get there. In other words. Be with people who trust you and teach you what you need to know. Ask people who tell you honestly what they need and think.
Business is hard. It is even harder now than ever before!
Enjoy and pick the things that matter for your business, the ones that let it grow and shine, and that is mostly YOU ๐
Good Luck,
Katrin -> AND thank you, SIMONE!!!
