Monetizing AI Blueprint
I was chatting with so many members in the DM's today and yesterday about ways to monetize your AI offers with Skool. I took all my notes and transcripts and came up with this BLUEPRINT to show you. What do you think?

@Brenda Rigney Could you also use loom? This is interesting because I have been looking at getting rid of Loom and Zoom, but wondered about replay options. I still have a month before my Zoom renewed so I'm going to be digging into the soon. @Christine Vabre I get where you're coming from because some of the work I do people like to have videos to refer to as they learn a technique.

@Kimberly Armatys exactly! And remember to give yourself grace... the first one does not have to be perfect and the quality will improve as time goes on. 💜 I struggled with "perfection freezing" (that's what I call it with the people I work with) for most of my life until I did the inner work and could show up as less than perfect and be OK with that. Doing the reps makes it more normal and safe for your nervous system. 💖🥰

Are You Living in an AI Bubble?
We spend so much time inside the AI bubble that I think we forget something important: Most of the world is still trying to figure out how to use AI for everyday life. This week, while traveling and sitting in board meetings, I talked to executives, managers, and professionals about how they’re actually using AI right now. Not building agents. Not coding apps. Not creating viral prompts. They’re using it to: • organize sports schedules for their kids • manage aging parent paperwork + power of attorney details • respond to difficult emails from bosses • summarize meetings and projects• organize calendars and teams • think through decisions faster Meanwhile, many companies are still waiting for IT approval, governance reviews, legal sign-off, and enterprise systems before they fully embrace AI. Which means… There is a MASSIVE gap between where AI creators are… and where most humans actually are. I honestly think many of us in this community are in the top 2% of adoption. And because we’re so deep in it, we start believing: “Everyone already knows this.” “There’s nothing left to monetize.” “The market is saturated.” I don’t think that’s true at all. I think the world is still 2-5 years behind in many ways. Which means there are still enormous opportunities to help simplify people’s lives, work, communication, organization, decisions, and daily overwhelm. You are probably sitting on skills that feel “basic” to you now…… but would completely change someone else’s day. So here’s the question: What are you making “𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱” that people actually need made simpler? Are you coming to the AI That Works For You Summit? GET THE DETAILS

This completely resonates for me in so many ways. When I moved to the place I currently live it was a very stark reality check because my biggest bubble was the health, wellness and integrative medicine space. I assumed that everyone knew basic foundations of health and nutrition because that's what I was surrounded by professionally and personally in all of my previous stops, especially in the Denver/Boulder area. Then I moved close to Colorado Springs and the contrast was night and day. No one around here really knew about integrative and functional medicine, let alone how to read a nutrition label. This is my sixth year down here, and it's a little better but not that much. It was a big reminder to get out of the bubble and have awareness that your experience isn't everyone else's experience. I also dealt with this when I was consulting in research and tech. I had to keep reminded myself that software developers and coders don't know/understand the science that they are coding, so I often had to bring them up to speed so things flowed well and made sense when the final product was delivered. I hear the same things you heard- most people are using it as a tool to support them on a much more basic level than AI is capable of.
