Hi everyone, I’ve been working hard as a solo agency owner for over a year, and I’ve realized I don’t have the time or expertise to build everything myself. I’m thinking about forming a team. However, I’m a bit concerned. When I’ve asked for help before, I’ve received responses, but some of them have been scams, which makes it tough to open up my business to others.

I’m hoping to create a team where we can all meet up together. Given that I’m in a more rural area (South East Idaho), I understand that might not be feasible.

Regarding the team, the pay structure will be based on project completion.

I’m particularly looking for: a Full-Stack Developer, an Automation Developer, and a Project Coordinator and a Sales person.
