Hi everyone, I’ve been working hard as a solo agency owner for over a year, and I’ve realized I don’t have the time or expertise to build everything myself. I’m thinking about forming a team. However, I’m a bit concerned. When I’ve asked for help before, I’ve received responses, but some of them have been scams, which makes it tough to open up my business to others. I’m hoping to create a team where we can all meet up together. Given that I’m in a more rural area (South East Idaho), I understand that might not be feasible. Does anyone have any experience in building services for financial business?

I just got done meeting a restaurant owner. He said he recently switched to a POS system called Toast and it’s pretty robust and has a lot of capabilities. There’s absolutely no way I could build enough systems to outpace that software. However, the main idea is not to outcompete the software, but rather complement it. has anyone worked with that system and if so, what did you use?

Everyone I feel so behind when I read other peoples posts and they are freaking killing it. And other peoples videos are obsolete. I'm still back in Voiceflow trying to put together a mid-level workflow and I seem to just get stuck. I can't watch another one of the creator tutorial videos, I just can't stand her voice. And other peoples videos are obsolete. I'm curious if anyone is willing to take a little bit of time and just work with me on how to do some of these functions. I'm willing to pay.
