Thanks to for the encouragement and opportunity to break it down LIVE this Monday(different group). I’ve spent the last few months refining a workflow that lets me go from idea --> cinematic frames --> finished AI film scenes -- faster and with way better consistency.
Here’s what’s working right now:
- lock character refs + style before generating anything
- Storyboarding + build scenes with 3–6 multi-shot clusters instead of single images(Nano Banana & Seedreamv4)
- push sequences into Seedance, Wan2.5, Veo3, or others for motion + camera dynamics
- attach sound + dialogue + lip-sync at the end(11labs)
+ An AI AGENT that speeds up the whole pipeline
