Are you guys using it yet? What tasks is it good at? One thing i have found is that it is not good at creating long detailed requirements or planning documents and doing changes and retaining the details. But very good for intelligence and getting opinions on different aspects of campaigns or projects. Especially if if you keep context low. How are you finding it?

With Gemini, it's not really as necessary to keep the context low as it is with other models. There is a context window of 1 million tokens. If necessary, documents from Google Docs can also be referenced very easily because they “live” in the same ecosystem.

@Ray Merlin Noticed that at well: decrease in performance after about 200K
đŸ”„ Ultimate Guide to GEO‌
What distinguishes SEO from GEO, and how can you successfully utilize GEO for your benefit? As promised, here is the ultimate guide to GEO, @Ray Merlin If you want to use the guide, please be so kind as to not remove me as the author. Please comment on your experience with GEO, or even if you haven't had any experience yet, whether the guide is helpful in understanding the concept behind GEO. We want to give the community a little push, and every comment helps.

@Jim Hurley In fact, I don't think he would find anything in Leadsgorilla that he couldn't also find in the Yellow Pages or on Yelp. He has no shortage of potential leads, and for his service, it's easy to extract leads from the usual directories when needed. He works strictly regionally. That means he is building up a regional network, and word of mouth is basically his strongest weapon. It would make sense for him to consider how he can systematize word of mouth. In my experience, this works best regionally when it is not only the advertiser who is rewarded, but also the person who is recruited. Something like: “If you have a good business friend who might also like our service, I'd be delighted to help you make him very happy. If you put in a good word for him, I'll offer him the service at a discount of xy. And you'll also benefit – namely, the same discount on your next order.” Something like this converts best and builds on its proven lead tool (WoM).

@Matt Simone Thanks for the kind offer, Matt, but I think I'll stick with my German-speaking audience. That makes things a little easier, and basically, I don't want to grow any more. My growth over the last 18 months has been driven solely by AI. I don't want any additional employees, but AI is basically like having additional employees. Except they don't get sick, don't need vacations, sleep, or weekends, and rarely ask for a raise (just rising software costs from time to time).
AI + Email + Website = The Conversion Loop No One Talks About
Everyone’s trying to automate tasks
But almost nobody is automating trust. You can build all the fancy workflows you want but if your automation doesn’t make people feel seen, it won’t convert. I learned this the hard way .I once set up an AI follow up system that sent over 1,000 emails automatically .Open rates were great but replies were dead quiet. Then I realized something simple Automation only works when every piece of your system talks to the next. So I connected my website forms → AI → email sequences, and suddenly things clicked. If someone watched a demo video, they got an email about automating content .If they checked out my pricing page, they got a story showing ROI. Same system. Same tools. Just smarter connections. Once the journey felt personal, my reply rate tripled because people felt like I actually understood them. That’s the real AI + Email + Website conversion loop nobody talks about Automation isn’t about doing more .It’s about doing it smarter so your systems build trust for you. Want me to share how you can start building your own simple conversion loop? Comment “loop” below and I’ll break it down for you.

Sounds solid, Fathia! It would be great if you could share it.
Generative Engine Optimization: How to Dominate AI Search
A new paper from the The University of Toronto AI Search Engines Don’t Rank - They Write ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini - these aren’t search engines in the old sense. They’re answer engines. What Their Research Found 1. AI search favors earned media, not your blog. Reviews, expert commentary, and credible news sources win, not self-published posts. 2. Google still mixes brand, social, and earned results.ChatGPT and Claude mostly ignore your brand pages. 3. Language and phrasing matter. What works in English doesn’t automatically carry over to French, Chinese, or other markets. 4. Big brands dominate by default.Niche players can still win, but only by building verifiable, third-party authority. The New Playbook: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Engineer for machines.Use clean schema, structured data, and justification-rich copy. Dominate earned coverage.Get cited by authoritative reviewers, journalists, and publications. Build local-language authority.Every region’s AI search runs on a different media ecosystem. Treat your website like an API, not a brochure. In short: Stop optimizing for clicks. Start optimizing for citations. https://arxiv.org/abs/2509.08919

I explained this very topic in my presentation in a way that is easy for laypeople to understand. It's worth taking a look at the presentation. The attached screenshot (taken from the presentation) goes into a little more detail about the background to the statement ‘Treat your website like an API’ and provides practical guidance on how to implement this. This is actually step two in the five-step process, which I explain in detail and in an easy-to-understand manner in the "Ultimate Guide to GEO".

@Matt Simone P.S. I saw that you started your own community. These tips I gave @Ray Merlin could also be very helpful there.

@Matt Simone It's only a small investment. But in fact, a community is a useful addition, especially in the field of dance. Maybe you could gift her a month's membership for Ina's Dance Academy, for example, so she can see what's possible. Ina is crushing it with her Skool community and earns a decent five-figure income with it every month. You can also find other dance communities on Skool that have five-figure MRR. Maybe that will motivate her. If not, it's at least a nice hobby and, as you rightly point out, you also have access to the Skoolers community.
