gemini 2.5 pro scored an IQ of 118 in an offline test
it surpasses openAI o1-pro and claude 3.7 sonnet in the same test:
> o1-pro score 110
> o3-mini score 104
> 3.7 sonnet score 103
for reference, the average human IQ is defined as 100
by some definitions, this means AGI has been achieved. There are also much better models in labs hidden away and by the end of the year most top models will be past human IQ. Our view is that 2025 is the year AGI is achieved.
