There are 3 layers to building:
- Creation – You build the tool.
- Distribution – You share it.
- Infrastructure – You install the buying path.
Most people focus on the first two.
The third is what turns projects into income.
Simple test:
If 100 people discovered your AI project this week:
- What do they buy first?
- What do they buy next?
- Is there a structured checkout?
- Is there an upgrade path?
Or is monetization still “later”?
AI gives leverage on building.
Infrastructure gives leverage on earning.
