If you've ever felt "AI Overwhelm", please read this.
Every single person following AI right now is overwhelmed. Including me. I make videos about this stuff for a living and I still feel the pressure. New model drops. New framework. New feature update. It feels like every single day. But after hearing a ton of you guys bring up "AI overwhelm" week after week, I realized this: → There's a HUGE difference between knowing the "what" and knowing the "how." Staying aware does not mean testing everything. Most new tools and features only need the "what." You see the title. You understand what it does. You move on. The "how" is reserved for the stuff that solves a problem you actually have right now. So when something new drops, I ask myself one question: Does this solve a specific pain point I'm currently dealing with? If yes, I test it in a real scenario. I test it against something that actually matters to me. If no, I save the link. I mentally file it away. And I keep walking. Because here's the thing. Your north star is probably very different from mine. Part of my job is to experiment, form opinions, and share what I think is useful. So naturally I test a lot of stuff. But if your north star is building a business or getting better at your craft, then every shiny new tool might just be a distraction. The number one mistake I see people make is they try to learn everything. They watch every video. They test every tool. They jump to the next thing before the last thing even had a chance to work. And if I've contributed to your overwhelm with my daily uploads, I apologize. hehe. But a lot of people think that this ties directly into how you measure your day. Productivity is not how many hours you worked. It's how many meaningful outputs you created that actually moved the needle towards your north star. Someone can work 12 hours one day and feel insanely productive, but they were just watching tutorials and playing around with new tools. Meanwhile someone else sits down for 5 hours, ships the one thing that actually matters, and makes more progress.

Agent taking long time.
I am working on one of the deep dives (day 1). "Initialize this project based on the CLAUDE.md file" prompt did not complete after 30 minutes. I terminated it and repeated that prompt again. it has been almost an hour and still executing that prompt. Have anyone came across such issue? If so and solved it, can you share the fix? Thanks in advance.

Power Dynamic of Small business vs Big tech.
Currently the power imbalance between small business owners and big tech appears insurmountable. However, notice how big Big Tech really is. Look at what Claude came up with. See attachment 1 (USA) and attachment 2 (World) below. Together, Big Tech is a tiny slice of the market. Small businesses working together outweigh Big Tech by about 6.6 times. Now consider also that most business processes, when you abstract away the noise, are essentially doing about 80% the same work. It's why CRMs are such a big thing — even businesses in different industries have mostly the same needs. See attachment 3 below. So that's the picture: millions of us doing mostly the same work, each renting AI from the same seven companies, separately. We already outweigh them. The only real question left is whether we keep renting separately, or pool the effort and own the layer together.(Yes am aware of the legal impediments to doing so but thats not insurmountable) The rough numbers, at a glance Attachment 1 — USA business revenue: Small business — $13.3T (52.5%), 36.2 million firms Mid-market — $10T (39.5%), ~200,000 firms Big Tech (Mag 7) — $2T (8%), 7 firms Attachment 2 — World business revenue: Small business — ~$45T (79%), ~400 million firms (~90% of all businesses globally) Mid-market — ~$10T (17.6%) Big Tech (Mag 7) — $2T (3.5%), 7 firms Attachment 3 — Where the typical business actually spends its work: Shared across industries — ~80% (customer & sales 35%, operations & admin 28%, marketing & content 17%) Industry-specific work — ~20% Takeaway: outnumbered seven million to one, outweighed roughly 6.6× by revenue, and most of us are running the same playbook anyway. Its a case of a fat overfed Ant Driving the Elephant The case for COMMON Cause(associations) makes itself. Whatever business your in, your only in direct compeitiont with a tiny slice of %1 of all other busiensses. We forget we have about %80 common cause wIth all other small and mid size businesses globally but we ignor that and just depend on govermnet to look out for us.
