Since joining, he and his team have: • Built their own property-management SaaS using Claude Code + Lovable • Expanded the software for additional residential complexes in Cyprus • Signed a long-term AI documentation project with a new client • Turned that client relationship into both a monthly retainer AND equity in the company One of the biggest lessons Jan shared: You can learn tools from YouTube…But you can’t replace having helpful people around you when things get difficult.

Day 1 : AIS#7DaysChallenge✅
What I built: I created a newsletter automation following the Day 1 video. Seeing my first automated newsletter email go live felt like a small but meaningful success, and it made me even more excited to keep building. One thing I’d improve: In the next iteration, I want to improve the font styling, color scheme, and overall content structure to make the newsletter look more polished and professional.

Segment folders
Is it better to separate folders locally by each project or function? I want for example, like image generation, marketing, then email Marketing its own separate folder or is it better to just have one big master folder and then separating each project in its own sub folder with one global WAT Claude.md and then each project has its own Claude.md or if it doesnt matter that much. Please explain why one would be better over the other
