🚀New Video: DON'T Build Another AI Agent Until You Watch This
In this video, I break down the AI systems pyramid and explain how I decide what type of system to build for a given problem. We walk through all four layers, starting with custom GPTs, then simple workflow automations with no AI, followed by AI workflows, and finally full AI agents. As you move up the pyramid, complexity, cost, and the chance of things going wrong all increase, and I explain exactly why that matters in real projects. I also show real examples of each layer so you can see how these systems actually work in practice. By the end of the video, you should be able to confidently decide which type of AI system you need to build and avoid overengineering solutions that do not need it. Access the Decision Tree HERE

Hey there, I’ll keep this one short as we sign off from 2025…
I’m guessing that during this Christmas period, you’re gonna struggle with switching off? You have so much to do, you’re so far off where you want to be, you’ve got big goals for 2026, etc. And while you’re focused on how far you need to go next year… You’re forgetting how far you’ve already come this year. The long hours you sacrificed… The challenges you managed to overcome… The knowledge and skills you acquired… The dedication to working on your own dream… Now, the reason I bring this up is because what’s more important than the destination is who you’ve become on this journey. Sure, you might not be where you want to be… But I guarantee you’re a lot further than where you started. And that’s worth celebrating. So as we wrap up 2025, don’t forget to take a moment to reflect on this year's growth. Because next year's success will start with appreciating this year’s progress. And I know it can be hard, but try to step away from work this Christmas to be present with family and friends. Because burnout is not the price you have to pay for success. Besides - the best ideas come from clear minds, not from being constantly ‘busy’. Enjoy the break, you’ve earned it. Dan 🤝

FOR HIRE
I'm looking to work with a growth-focused agency or buisnessess that needs a dedicated automation engineer who can handle the technical infrastructure that powers client delivery. --What I Bring 2+ years building production-grade automation systems across: - n8n workflows – complex multi-step automations with error handling and monitoring - API integrations – connecting platforms that weren't meant to talk to each other - CRM automation – lead routing, data enrichment, pipeline management - Operations automation – reducing manual work across sales, support, and delivery - Backend systems – building the infrastructure that keeps things running reliably - GHL Systems I own projects end-to-end: design the architecture, build it, test thoroughly, set up monitoring. -- What I'm Looking For I want to work with an agency that has: ✅ Consistent workload – 20–24+ hours per week ✅ Long-term vision – building a relationship, not one-off projects ✅ Clear expectations – I know what needs to be done, you know what you're getting I'm not looking for: - Revenue-share or commission-only arrangements - Inconsistent "we'll reach out when we need you" work - Projects that disappear for weeks between tasks -- What I Can Own Once we're working together, I can take full responsibility for: - Building new automation systems from scratch - Maintaining and improving existing workflows - Integrating new tools into your tech stack - Setting up AI-powered workflows that actually deliver value - Troubleshooting issues before clients notice them - Creating documentation so your team understands how everything works -- Let's Talk If your agency has steady automation work and you're looking for someone who can become a reliable part of your operations team, I'd like to connect. On pricing: I prefer discussing pricing privately, but I’m flexible and open to working at a lower hourly rate as long as the work is consistent. Drop me a message in Dm here or mail me at harshitmakraria9@gmail.com will share my past works there if this sounds like a fit.
