🚀New Video: DON'T Build Another AI Agent Until You Watch This
In this video, I break down the AI systems pyramid and explain how I decide what type of system to build for a given problem. We walk through all four layers, starting with custom GPTs, then simple workflow automations with no AI, followed by AI workflows, and finally full AI agents. As you move up the pyramid, complexity, cost, and the chance of things going wrong all increase, and I explain exactly why that matters in real projects. I also show real examples of each layer so you can see how these systems actually work in practice. By the end of the video, you should be able to confidently decide which type of AI system you need to build and avoid overengineering solutions that do not need it. Access the Decision Tree HERE

🥊 AI IMAGE BATTLE – DAY 04
🍌 NanoBanana Pro ⚡ vs ChatGPT Images 🎨 We’re continuing the daily creative challenge. Every day, I’ll post a prompt and run it exactly the same in: 🍌 NanoBanana Pro 🤖 ChatGPT Images 👉 I’ll publish both results, no filters, no excuses. 👉 Same idea, same conditions… different AI. Today’s prompt switches to infographic mode 🧠📐 A real photograph of Big Ben enhanced with blueprint-style technical annotations: white chalk-like sketches, measurements, structural data, load-flow arrows, cross-sections, floor plans, and engineering details. Educational, architectural, and visually precise—while keeping the real environment visible behind the overlays 🏗️📊 I want you to take part 👇 Which one explains better? Which one feels more accurate and readable? Which one would you use for education or editorial content? 💬 Vote in the comments 📌 Save this post to follow the challenge 🚀 Tomorrow… new prompt, new battle Let the game continue 😈🔥

🥊 AI IMAGE BATTLE – DAY 04
This Sunday Morning Live Build: When Time Zones Align for Innovation (12 Hours time difference )
I had the pleasure of connecting with Rudolf Van Loggerenberg from New Zealand for a live workflow building session. I met him in one of the communities and we started a business - friendship relationship. After catching up on our respective journeys in the automation space, Rudolf walked me through his latest N8N workflow . A sophisticated PAT Test Report Parser designed for a very specific niche market he's serving. What impressed me the most: The workflow elegantly handles the complete document lifecycle: - Inbound Email & File Capture - PDF Text Extraction - Parsing & Structuring Data - Automated Folder Generation & Client Initialization - Report Generation & Delivery - Smart Error Notification handling My takeaway? This is the power of the n8n community practitioners from opposite ends of the world sharing real world solutions, learning from each other's approaches, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with no-code automation. Rudolf's work demonstrates how deep vertical expertise combined with N8N's flexibility can transform manual, repetitive processes into streamlined automated systems. Thank you Rudolf for the generous knowledge sharing. These cross continental Sunday sessions are what community is all about. It was also great to discuss some globale issue and solve them as well in the same moment (at least thats what we thought ) What niche workflow challenges are you solving with automation? I'd love to hear in the comments. Activate to view larger image,
