Here’s a way to get my AI agency course for $94
We just crossed 200K members, so I’m gonna do something crazy. I’m giving you a “back door” where you can get my One Person AI Agency course, normally reserved for annual members only, for $94. It’s a brain dump of everything I learned building my agency to 7 figures. - How to win the trust of clients when you’re a beginner - Scripts for what to say what to say to clients on sales calls - Tactics for getting clients How do you get it? You sign up for a $94 monthly membership of AI Automation Society Plus. So yes, I’m “bribing” you to sign up for AIS+ by offering you an insane deal. My ulterior motive is that you fall in love with the community and decide to stay. But it’s still a crazy deal. Instead of paying $799 for annual, you pay $94. And the course is yours. But only until Sunday, December 7th. On Monday, everything goes back to normal. It will be reserved for annual only. Grab it now while you can! -> HERE Cheers, Nate

🚀New Video: Unlock the Full Power of Your n8n Agents (new instance MCP)
In this video, I break down n8n’s new instance-level MCP and show you why it is a big upgrade from running your own MCP Server Trigger inside a workflow. I explain what it is, how it works, and the key differences you need to know so you can get the most out of it. I also walk through how to connect the new MCP to tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Lovable so your AI agents can take real actions inside your n8n instance. You’ll see practical examples, simple use cases, and a full demo of how to think about using this in your daily life to automate tasks, speed up your workflow, and make your AI tools much more useful. If you want to understand how to unlock the full power of AI agents inside n8n, this video will show you exactly how to get started.

Automating document creation with Claude + MCP connectors — lessons from an aerospace client
Working on an interesting project right now and figured I'd share what I'm learning: helping a client automate their engineering document workflow using Claude Desktop + SharePoint/365 connectors. The challenge: They create ~600 "data packages" per year. Each one requires pulling structured data from their ERP, plus unstructured content (text, tables, images) from certification PDFs. Currently takes 30-60 min each, mostly manual copy-paste. The approach: Claude Desktop with MCP connectors to SharePoint + a SQL connector to their ERP. Goal is 50% time reduction. Early findings: - The 365 connector can pull text from PDFs but not images (yet) - Might need Claude Code for the image extraction step - Data normalization is the real bottleneck — some fields live in the ERP, some only in PDFs Anyone else working on similar enterprise doc automation? Curious what approaches have worked for you.

🚀 Big AI Companies Are Bleeding Cash — But That’s Great News for Us
The headlines say OpenAI is under “Code Red.” $4.3B revenue in the first half of 2025… …but $7.8B in losses from research and running ChatGPT at global scale. Most people read that and panic. I read it and think: This is the clearest signal yet that the AI arms race is accelerating — and that builders inside this community are positioned perfectly. Google is pushing Gemini 3. Anthropic just dropped Claude Opus 4.5. OpenAI is preparing GPT-5.2, which Altman says is testing ahead of Google internally. All three companies are burning billions trying to win the same race: 👉 Build the engine that the rest of the world will automate on top of. And that’s where we come in. While the giants spend oceans of money competing… creators, consultants, freelancers, and automation builders in this group get access to tools that get: ⚡ Faster ⚡ Cheaper ⚡ More accurate ⚡ More capable ⚡ Easier to deploy into workflows Every few months, the ceiling rises — and our opportunity rises with it. The turbulence at the model level becomes leverage at the automation level. This is the best time in history to be building AI systems, agents, and automations. Not because things are stable… but because the instability at the top is creating massive upside for anyone who knows how to turn raw model power into real workflows. The AI companies burn billions. We build businesses. Let’s keep going. We’re early — and the advantage is widening
