Hey guys I’m relatively new to this group but grateful to here and glad to feel stupid because I know I’m in the right place. For context, I haven’t built workflows before it’s new to me but I’m fortunate because I have a friend who is willing to allow me to integrate ai into her business (massive salon), and my father has his own airport taxi service business which I’m sure I could use as a case study… where should my time and effort be focused on.. is it spending time getting reps in building workflows, speaking to friend and father and get a feel for mapping processes out and opportunities and then get working on workflows or something else? ATM I feel I’m doing a whole lot of nothing and not making my days progressive in terms of action.
